Why join THP

Why The Healthy Pelvis?

Our team handles digital marketing, lead generation, scheduling, billing and operations so clinicians can spend their energy on patients and professional growth.

01

We help fill your schedule

THP invests in digital marketing, local search, referral development and lead generation so you can focus on excellent care.

02

Room to grow

The role is expected to begin around 8–12 patient visits per week, with opportunities to add hours as patient demand and practice needs grow.

03

Practice physical therapy well

Deliver private, one-on-one care without double-booking, with the autonomy to treat the person in front of you.

A growing practice behind you

We Bring the Patients. You Focus on Exceptional Care.

One of the hardest parts of joining a small private practice is wondering whether there will be enough patients.

At The Healthy Pelvis, we are already building the demand.

THP is rapidly expanding, currently adding approximately 4–7 new patients per week, and our schedule is growing quickly across Chicago’s western suburbs. We have invested heavily in the systems that help a clinician succeed: website, SEO, Google visibility, paid search, social media, patient reviews, provider outreach, educational content, analytics, referral relationships and a growing community reputation.

That means you are not joining a practice where you are expected to create your own caseload from scratch.

You are joining a practice with a patient-acquisition engine already in motion.

Our role is to generate demand, support the patient experience, handle the administrative systems and give therapists the tools they need to succeed.

Your role is to provide excellent one-on-one pelvic floor physical therapy.

  • No double-booking.
  • No rushed care.
  • No crowded clinic environment.
  • No pressure to become a salesperson.

Just high-quality pelvic health care, delivered in patients’ homes, with the support of a growing practice behind you.

We bring the patients. You focus on providing exceptional care.
